Open Water Scuba Diver Course Requirements:

1. Provide own personal dive equipment:
a) Mask - $49 - $135
b) Snorkel - $32 - $49
c) Fins (rated for Scuba diving) - $87 - $226
d) Booties - $46 - $60
10% package discount if all four purchased at the same time

2. Provide necessary Student Instructional Materials (pick one of the below):
a) CD-ROM training materials - $75 (second person's kit $45)
b) Text book and Video kit - $75 (second person's kit 25% off)
c) Text book and DVD kit - $75 (second person's kit 25% off)

3. To be done prior to first of class:
a) Read manual or CD-ROM text sections completely
b) All section exercises must be completed
c) All knowledge module reviews must be completed and
ready to hand in

4. Student needs to demonstrate:
a)  200 yard swim, any stroke, no time limit or 300 yard snorkel
b)  Survival float 10 minutes

5. Provide transportation  for yourself and all scuba equipment to and from all
    diving activities

6. Return, in clean condition, all scuba equipment to The Scuba Company as the rental
   agreement states

7. Be responsible for room and board during the Open Water weekend

*** A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot in any of the above classes.  A student record folder, which includes a medical form, will also need to be completed prior to your enrollment. If you answer any of the medical questions with a 'yes', then a physician's approval is required before the first class. ***
