    What is in a full service regulator rebuild?
  1. Air test is preformed prior to disassembly
  2. Hoses are inspected for integrity
  3. Complete disassembly of all stages including console and gauges
  4. Hot water soap bath on all parts
  5. Ultrasonic cleaning of all metal parts
  6. All parts are air dried and reassembled with new parts required by manufacturer and the technician
  7. Complete submersion in a water bath while on a 3000psi tank for leak test
  8. Test performed on the state of the art "A.I.R. Analyzer" for accuracy of breathing resistance
